About
Hi, I’m Ciara Christensen, a licensed clinical psychologist with a warm, experiential approach to therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship works best when it feels like a genuinely safe space, somewhere you can explore the patterns shaping your life, reconnect with your own inner resources, and move toward something that feels more authentic and whole.
In my work, I draw from a range of modalities including person-centered therapy, Ego State Therapy, Internal Family Systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, clinical hypnosis, breathwork, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, weaving them together in a way that fits you rather than forcing you to fit a single framework. My clinical interests center on stress, life transitions, and the places where life can feel stuck, with particular attention to the body’s role in healing and change.
At the heart of my approach is a simple but deeply held belief: that healing is less about fixing and more about reconnecting with yourself, with your resilience, and with the quiet inner wisdom that stress and old stories can sometimes obscure.
