About
I come to this work with both lived experience and professional training, but more importantly, with my heart. I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken — it’s about remembering the parts of ourselves we had to hide, protect, or silence along the way. My role is to help you reconnect with those parts with compassion, curiosity, and love.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. I have facilitated hundreds of Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions and have supported many psilocybin ceremonies in retreat and therapeutic settings. In addition to my therapy practice in Texas, I also support clients nationwide as a psychedelic preparation and integration coach, helping people work safely and intentionally with psychedelic medicines wherever they are.
My approach combines deep presence with evidence-based trauma healing. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic work, and LENS Neurofeedback to support the nervous system, the emotional body, and the spiritual self — because real healing happens on all levels.
In our work together, I take time to truly understand your story, your wounds, your strengths, and the parts of you that learned to survive. We move slowly, gently, and intentionally through preparation, guided psychedelic experiences (ketamine in Texas), and ongoing integration. I hold space with steadiness and care — not pushing, not forcing, but allowing what is ready to unfold, unfold.
I specialize in working with people who have tried so hard for so long — those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, numb, lost, or disconnected from who they are. People who sense that talk therapy alone hasn’t reached the deeper layers. People who are ready to heal at the root.
If you are longing for clarity, release, reconnection, or a return to your true self, I am here to walk with you. Not as the expert who holds your answers — but as someone who believes in your inner healing intelligence and knows how to help you access it.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
