About
Most people, at one time or another need the support of a therapist. It can be one of the best gifts you can give yourself. Perhaps you are struggling with past trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief or having difficulty in your relationships. We are often responding to life and the people around us with outdated coping strategies. Through my integrative approach I will help you connect to your inner healing intelligence, develop self awareness and emotional regulation skills so that instead of being hijacked by your emotions you are empowered to respond to life with more clarity and choice.
It is my passion to support people on their path to well being and I have been in private practice for over 20 years. My holistic approach includes KAP, Brainspotting, IFS, Hypnotherapy, CBT, and the wisdom of mindfulness techniques. I can help you get to what lies beneath the surface so that any sabotaging beliefs, maladaptive patterns, past wounds and traumas stop running your life.
Therapy is a collaborative process. I understand how vulnerable it can be to open yourself up and look within. I create a nonjudgemental and compassionate space so that my clients feel safe and supported.
I also offer one on one KAP Retreats in a space designed to give my clients the ability to take time for themselves and for us to do deeper work. Clients arrive on Friday where we do a prep session, then the medicine session on Saturday and Integration on Sunday. Traditional two hour KAP sessions are also available as well as the above format during the week. This is a powerful way to fully benefit from the gifts of Ketamine Assisted Therapy.
